The purpose of developing this project is to entertain users by playing a simple interactive game where they can communicate with fictional characters, who will guide their challenges on their journey. It is also good for younger Audiences and above to experience the narrative game mechanics, the benefits of communicating with NPC teenagers during their summer break. It also helps to understand the right choices when playing the game. The story contains a light-hearted, drama genre, user-friendly with simple plots that will be consistent for any audience.
The requirements for designing this game project should have a Narrative Innovation. They must create in 3 to 5 minutes with an interactive experience in Unity. In aspects of narratives, I should choose a narrative structure for bringing the stories into this game. As for the skill paths, I should pick creative writing (for dialogues) and creative coding (for changing character interactions).
The story of this interactive narrative project starts as the main character is a college student who was going to return to his faraway college life in 5 days. Before going back, his goal was to enjoy his golden days in an urban town called Silver Square and, explore different places to take some tasks left by his father.
The theme of this project should consist of exploring their urban town and having an older brother and a friendly student relationship. It also needs to have more drama, puzzle and adventure types of genre.
