”Module Requirements”
***Day 1 (29/09/22)***
Purpose:
The whole purpose of this module is to explore a range of immersive technologies and design practices, virtual heritage and architectural visualization, and more. It's also giving new techniques that are introduced, such as 3D capture and Photogrammetry, including a range of resources that are provided for developing complete immersive solutions, applications and artworks.
There are 2 Important Tasks:

Immersive Production
First Task: Write a report of 2000 Words
- Investigate and document the histories and theories of virtuality and immersion.
- Research and identify audience receptions to significant VR developments that have standardised immersive environment conventions, the ethical and inclusive responsibilities as well as the relevant legislative frameworks involved.
- You must list and describe the physiological and psychological effects of virtual reality experiences.
- Write a report that investigates the historical, cultural, and critical components of Virtual Reality in terms of hardware and software platforms, user engagement and social significance.
The deadline for the Aims for the report is Friday 09th December 2022
Second Task: Creating an Immersive Production
- Collaborate with others to develop and produce an immersive virtual production.
- However, it doesn't mean you work together. It's a single project, which you need to make it your own.)
- Collaborate means = Only Discuss and share your work to get feedback
- Document your development Process in a journal
- Ensure regularly test production and gather feedback.
